Karen and I are running our annual Health and Fitness Weekend in October 2020. We had an amazing time in 2019 and we see the same faces returning each year which is fabulous. I have attached the itinerary from 2019 to give you an idea of what we do. We fit so much into the weekend fitness classes, walks, free time and evening entertainment. We have 20 places available and the total price for the weekend per person is £228 for a single room and £224 for a twin/double room. I have added some photos of classes to give you an idea of what to expect.

FRIDAY 11-13 October 2020  

2 pm onwards check in. Check in before 2 pm and leave your luggage in the storage area

3.30 pm: Meet the hosts

3.45 – 4.30 pm: Old school aerobics with Karen

4.45 – 5.30 pm: Party games with Paula and Karen

7.00 pm: Evening meal & free time

SATURDAY  

8.00 – 8.30 am:  Walk with Paula or High Energy Wake-up with Karen

8.30 am: Breakfast

9.30 – 10.15 am: Pilates using massage balls with Paula

10.30 – 11.15 am: HIIT with Karen

11.30 – 12.15 pm: Glide and tone with Paula

12.15 – 4.00 pm: Free time

4.00 – 5.30 pm: Boogie Nights with Paula & Karen

7.00 pm: Evening meal & free time

SUNDAY  

8.00 – 8.30 am: Walk with Karen or Pilates/stretch with Paula

8.30 am: Breakfast

09.30 – 10.15 am: Abs and Booty workout with Paula

10.30 – 11.15 am: Ballroom Blitz with Karen and Paula

11.30 – 12.30 pm: Trigger Point Massage with Karen

12.30 pm: Finish
