Last years Health and Fitness weekend was fabulous. We had so much fun and loved every minute of it so we have booked the same venue for next year. It was action packed all weekend fitness classes, walks, free time and evening entertainment. We had such a laugh during the day and even though the ladies in the evening could do what they liked as it was their free time we all stayed together in the hotel, relaxed, chatted and there was evening entertainment. We have 20 places available and we are really pleased that 15 have already been taken. Thank you to those who have booked again with us. You will find information/prices below as well as Oct 2018 itinerary to give you an idea of what we do. I have added some photos of classes to give you an idea of what to expect.

FRIDAY 12 – 14 OCTOBER 2018  

2 pm onwards check in. Check in before 2 pm and leave your luggage in the storage area

3.30 pm: Meet the hosts

3.45 – 4.30 pm: Old school aerobics with Karen

4.45 – 5.30 pm: HIIT resistance band body workout with Paula

7.00 pm: Evening meal & free time

SATURDAY  

8.00 – 8.30 am:  Yoga/stretch/meditation – Aileen or walk with Paula

8.30 am: Breakfast

9.30 – 10.15 am: Lets funk with Karen

10.30 – 11.15 am: Lift lean with Paula

11.30 – 12.15 pm: Pilates with Karen

12.15 – 4.00 pm: Free time

4.00 – 5.30 pm: Grease is the Word with Paula & Karen

7.00 pm: Evening meal & free time

SUNDAY  

8.00 – 8.30 am: High energy wakeup with Karen or walk with Paula

8.30 am: Breakfast

09.30 – 10.15 am: Staying alive with Paula

10.30 – 11.15 am: Trigger point myofascial release with Karen

11.30 – 12.30 pm: Yoga/stretch/meditation with Aileen

12.30 pm: Finish
