Dance Fitness is a modern aerobic exercise to music class with one routine per track. It’s fun with fab music and you get a full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you’re doing.
It’s suitable for all levels. Work high, work low. It’s up to you!
