Hi everyone, well January is almost over and most people have now been paid. The chocolates/goodies from Xmas have nearly disappeared and people are starting to get back into their routines. The nights are starting to get lighter which always makes me feel better. I am running another Total Body Workout Course but this time I am doing it for 6 weeks rather than 4 weeks.See below for more information.

I am thinking of changing my Tuesday HIIT class and was thinking Indoor Bootcamp. I would love your feedback re this and I have put more information below.
