I run two 7 Day Juice Detox Programmes which are detailed below. The programme consists of a 7 day meal plan so you don’t need to think about what meals to have. All you need to do is prepare your shopping for the week from the meal list. As well as the 7 day meals which consist of a juice for breakfast, lunch of soup, frittata or salad and an evening meal the programme also covers juicing the do’s and don’t, a guide to purchasing your juicer and lots of tips for getting the most out of juicing, as well as goal setting, the plan and how it works. You can start the programmes anytime but I am going to run a group programme on Monday 1st February.
