Are YOU A Sugar Addict?????…….Staying on the sugar free tip

Do you ‘THINK” you are eating “healthy” & doing your best nutrition wise yet you are finding you are not getting the right results?  I was exactly like this before I started Kick Start Fat Loss.  I ate food in moderation, knew what was healthy (well thought I did) yet I still had that roll of belly fat around my middle.  I blamed it on having children and I always found this was a stubborn area to shift.
