There has been lots of coverage regarding sugar and some of it can be quite confusing as well as misleading. Are you addicted to Sugar? You might think you are okay but when you start to look at what is in your food particularly when you think you are eating healthy you might be surprised. I used to snack on fruit constantly and couldn’t get rid of the belly fat around my middle I always said it was because I had children Fruit contains natural sugar but if you eat too much you can still gain weight.
