About This Lesson

Body Blitz v Bums, Legs & Tums – Mixture of exercises focusing on the whole of the body to improve strength, health and fitness, joint stability as well as interval training to get your heart rate up to burn more fat. Toning up your thighs, bum and stomach. Great for helping to lose weight and improve your fitness levels. A number of exercises are performed at a high intensity level for example 45 secs, 15 secs rest, the rest is your recovery there is also 40:20, 50:10 or 30:30.  This type of workout burns fat more effectively. There is an increase in resting metabolic rate. We will also target the three most common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, buttocks and stomach.
