About This Lesson

SIT Fitness is a seated exercise to music class.

The class is for anyone who is concerned about their ability to stand whilst exercising so the routine will be done sat down.

The gentle, chair-based exercises are great for improving your strength, mobility, posture and balance and suitable for people with reduced mobility.

It will be sociable, fun and boost your happy hormones. A great way to make friends and gain confidence.
