Keep Fit with Paula has a brand-new timetable. Due to the success of online fitness classes this will now become part of my business. This gives you the choice of whether you attend a face-to-face class, online or both. This means you will be able to access online workouts 365 days of the year so when the business is closed you can still workout at your convenience and even take me on holiday with you 😉 😉

If you haven’t attended a class before you can try your first class for £7.50. If you can let me know which class you will be attending as all bookings are done via a booking system Gymcatch so I will add you to the class session. Please provide your email and telephone number. If, after the class you wish to continue you have a choice of Membership or PAYG and all details are below.

My commitment to you is to provide a first-class service and I have a monthly membership offering two packages or pay as you go (PAYG). You will need to book your fitness class(es) as you cannot just turn up.

You will need to bring your own mat and if you want to purchase your own equipment below is what you need for classes as no equipment is available for the time being. The equipment is optional.
Pilates – bender ball, resistance band (long), block and a mini loop band.
Yoga – if you have your own block and/ or yoga strap, bring with you
All other classes – resistance band (long), mini loop band, hand weights.

If you borrow equipment, it must be returned in a satisfactory condition. A deposit of £10 is required and will be refunded when the equipment is returned. If the equipment is lost or damaged no refund will be given.

From the 19th July we have moved into step 4 and restrictions will no longer apply. I have made the decision that Keep Fit with Paula will be continuing with the procedures already in place until September and then I will review it. I have heard of so many local people having to isolate and cases are high and rising and I don’t want anyone coming to my classes to be in this position or worse still, getting ill as a result of coming to my class, so I’ll be continuing to do all I can to keep everyone safe. Re facemasks – the requirement to wear face coverings has been lifted, however if you still wish to wear a face mask upon entering/leaving the class it is not a problem.

Torkington Centre & Norbury Church, 2 metres for all classes.
Attendance sheets will be kept by all instructors for each class for track and trace purposes.
After each session instructors will clean all touch points in the room and toilets.
A 10 minute gap is in place for back to back classes for cleaning.
No queuing on entry and only arrive 5 minutes before the start of the class.
Please bring your own mat/equipment, if you are using equipment.
Please use the hand sanitiser station on entry and exit.
Please bring water.
Please do not attend if you feel unwell.  Anyone displaying signs of Covid-19 will be asked to leave.
Keep your belongings to a minimum ie phone, keys, water.
At the Torkington Centre, there is a one way system in place. You will enter via the main entrance and leave via the
fire exit that leads to the front of the building. This is so there is no crossover for back to back classes. You will leave
one row at a time.
Norbury Church – you will enter via the main door from the carpark and all internal doors will be open and need to
be left open. Once the class has finished in the Legh room you will follow the one-way system going through to the
Ryan room down the corridor and out of the main door. Disabled toilet only to be used.

Zumba – Latin inspired dance fitness programme. Workout for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Pilates – core based strengthening session incorporating stretching/toning targeting the core.
Fitness Pilates – is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life.  Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.
Bums v Legs & Tums/Body Blitz – Mixture of exercises focusing on the whole of the body to improve strength, health and fitness, joint stability as well as interval training to get your heart rate up to burn more fat. Toning up your thighs, bum and stomach. Great for helping to lose weight and improve your fitness levels.
HIIT – Combining short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. A mixture of workouts using aerobic and resistance training.
Total Body Workout/Total Body Challenge – a workout targeting all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more.
Yoga – with Aileen. Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The yoga Aileen teaches is strong but safe and gentle. It gives you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress – it even helps you sleep better. Aileen is trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga – which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
Dance Fitness with Lisa – Full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. Returning September.
Relaxation & Meditation is a mental exercise that involves relaxation, focus, and awareness. Meditation is to the mind what physical exercise is to the body. Meditation will help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. People who meditate regularly have been shown to feel less anxiety and depression. Next course to be announced.
1:1 Personal Coaching – 30 minutes consultation at first session, personal coaching (exercise) 1 hour, weighing/measuring, before and after photos, nutrition plan/meal planners/recipes, goal setting. I also run Group Training Sessions (2 or more people)
