Keep Fit with Paula’s timetable gives you the choice of whether you attend a face-to-face class, online or both. This means you will be able to access online workouts 365 days of the year so when the business is closed you can still workout at your convenience and even take me on holiday with you 😉😉

KEEP FIT WITH PAULA

My commitment to you is to provide a first-class service and I have a monthly membership offering two packages or pay as you go (PAYG). You will need to book your fitness class(es) as you cannot just turn up.

Silver Membership £38 a month
∙  Unlimited access to all classes face to face and in my Keep Fit with Paula VIP Online Studio.
∙  Online classes are via a private Facebook group and will be live as per the Keep Fit with Paula timetable.
∙  The live classes are recorded so you can enjoy a workout at a time that suits you.
∙  There are pre-recorded workouts to choose from as well, including 10, 15 and 20 minute short
workouts.

Bronze monthly membership £27 a month
∙  You are paying for 4 classes a month but some months you will have 5.
∙  Any class can be attended on the timetable. It does not have to be the same class every week providing
a space is available.
∙  In the event you miss a class ie holiday, sickness etc you can take a class either side of the missed class,
as long as there is a space.

MEMERSHIP PAYMENT
∙  Memberships are based on a 48 week year. Closure will be one week for Xmas Thursday 21st December
2023 and re-opening Wednesday 3rd January 2023. The remaining 3 weeks will be taken during the year
and 2 weeks’ notice will be given.  Occasionally classes may not run due to sickness.
∙  Memberships will be paid via standing order through your bank and need to be set up via yourself.
Please notify me when you have set up your standing order so I can provide my bank details.
∙  Membership to start on the first day you attend class.
∙  It is your responsibility to attend fitness classes. No credits can be given if you cannot attend class(es)
during certain periods ie holidays you have booked, appointments, sickness etc.
If you decide to cancel the membership you will need to give a month’s notice in writing.

PAY AS YOU GO
1 HOUR £8.00
45 MINUTES £7.50

∙  You can attend any class on the timetable. As soon as you book a class(es) payment needs to be made
by bank transfer as cash is not accepted. If you do not make payment once you have booked a class(es),
you may lose the booking. If you cancel a class 24 hours before you attend, you can carry the class over
or a refund will be given.

BOOKING SYSTEM – GYMCATCH
∙  All class bookings are done via Gymcatch.
∙  You will not be allowed to participate in a class if you have not booked and paid for membership/PAYG
prior to attendance.
∙  If you book a class and cannot attend, please cancel through Gymcatch so someone can have the space.

From your laptop, Ipad or phone go to BOOK, it will then ask you for a Fitness Provider, type in Keep Fit with Paula and follow the instructions to schedule the class, make sure you click on the FOLLOW button to access the bookings.

Please do not panic regarding using the new booking method. If you are unsure, I am available to help/guide you through the process. I can chat to you over the phone or if you attend with a friend and they are proficient using technology they can book you onto the class(es) or a family member could do it for you.

This is a booking system ONLY not a payment system, so you do not have to provide your bank/credit card details. Payments are standing order for memberships or bank transfer for pay as you go.

PARQ
∙  All class participants need to complete and sign a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire.
∙  You cannot participate in a class until this has been completed.
∙  You can complete this at the first class you attend. Please arrive 10 minutes before class.

NEWSLETTER
A newsletter is sent via email twice a week. Monday is information relating to Keep Fit with Paula and
Friday is a tip relating to fitness, health, and wellness.
Your email address will be entered onto my mailing system, and you will receive a link to subscribe and
there is one available to unsubscribe at any time.
No email addresses are passed on to third party companies.

EQUIPMENT
You will need to bring your own mat and if you want to purchase your own equipment below is what you need for classes as no equipment is available for the time being. The equipment is optional.
Pilates – bender ball, resistance band (long), block and a mini loop band.
Yoga – if you have your own block and/ or yoga strap, bring with you.
All other classes – resistance band (long), mini loop band, hand weights.

RULES AND GUIDELINES FOR KEEP FIT WITH PAULA
Please bring your own mat/equipment, if you are using equipment.
Please use the hand sanitiser station on entry and exit.
Please bring water.
Please do not attend if you feel unwell.  Anyone displaying signs of Covid-19 will be asked to leave.
Keep your belongings to a minimum ie phone, keys, water

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
SIT Fitness – is a seated exercise to music class.  The class is for anyone who is concerned about their ability to stand whilst exercising so the routine will be done sat down.
Pilates & Over 50’s Pilates– core based strengthening session incorporating stretching/toning targeting the core.
Fitness Pilates – is more of a functional approach to the traditional Pilates class. It still applies the main principles of Pilates but it also involves more functional movement for every day life.  Fitness Pilates will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.
Bums v Legs & Tums/Body Blitz – Mixture of exercises focusing on the whole of the body to improve strength, health and fitness, joint stability as well as interval training to get your heart rate up to burn more fat. Toning up your thighs, bum and stomach. Great for helping to lose weight and improve your fitness levels.
HIIT – Combining short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. A mixture of workouts using aerobic and resistance training.
Over 50’s Keep Fit – A low impact exercise class, tailored to suit adults to get active in a sociable and supportive environment. Improve your flexibility, balance, strength and cognitive skills.   
Total Body Workout – a workout targeting all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more.
Yoga – Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. The yoga Aileen teaches is strong but safe and gentle. It gives you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress – it even helps you sleep better. Aileen is trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga – which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
Dance Fitness – Full body aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
Relaxation & Meditation is a mental exercise that involves relaxation, focus, and awareness. Meditation is to the mind what physical exercise is to the body. Meditation will help to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. People who meditate regularly have been shown to feel less anxiety and depression. Next course to be announced.
1:1 Personal Coaching – 30 minutes consultation at first session, personal coaching (exercise) 1 hour, weighing/measuring, before and after photos, nutrition plan/meal planners/recipes, goal setting. I also run Group Training Sessions (2 or more people)
Mums & Tots Fitness Pilates –  45 mins working on restoring your core strength, pelvic floor & general well-being and 15 mins for play time, feeding time & for you to chat with other mums. The babies can spend time interacting with each other & playing whilst you exercise, or if they are really little they can just stay in their carry seats and chill while you exercise. Not running at present.
BuggyBeat™  – BuggyBeat™  is an outdoor cross training class for parents and baby/toddler aimed NOT just at postnatal mums, but ALL parents and guardians who look after babies and toddlers mums, dads, grandparents, childminders, nannies, nursery staff can join in these fun sessions. Not running at present.
