How has your first week been in January?
Have any of you made any New Year Resolutions and have you managed to stick with them?
Are you managing to get back into the swing of things?
If you’ve vowed to start exercising this year, good for you, but you may have made that promise for the past few years (it’s okay, we’ve all done it!) and not exactly honoured and obeyed that vow.
I am posting some tips that hopefully will help you stay committed to your resolution.
