Aileen has been practicing yoga for 30 years and loves it! Yoga is a gentle way to improve your posture, balance, and coordination. Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, diet control, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, and environment. It is strong but safe and gentle. It gives you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress – it even helps you sleep better. Aileen is trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga – which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
