Good morning and it certainly is. What a lovely weekend we have had and the sun is still shining and even better the sun has shone whilst it has been the school holidays which makes a lovely change. I know some schools have gone back today and other schools are still off. My article today is about Aspartame. You may not have heard of this but I will explain in detail what it is.
