Our shorter programmes are great for a reset back to better health & fitness…. perfect for before an event or holiday, or a post holiday reset!

But what about long term?

Our longer programmes set up good habits to improve your health, hormonal balance and lifestyle!

All the programmes include exercise which is optional. There are a variety of videos to choose from with me teaching. These include Pilates, HIIT, Total Body Challenge, Total Body Workout, HIIT, Legs, Bums & Tums, Body Blitz/BLT. The videos range from 10 to 45 minutes.
