It’s nearly time to get back into fitness and some normality hooray!!

Let’s make 2015 more positive, healthy, fit and fun!

My class timetable is back in full swing from Monday 5th January 2015.

I am also running more Kick Start Fat Loss programmes alongside my fitness classes including KSFL Fitness Pilates and Total Body Workout.

I am extremely excited to bring Kick Start Fat Loss to Poynton and Karen Wellington will be running classes including Pilates and Insanity as well as Kick Start Slim our new Programme for 2015 which is a weigh in/talk.

Coming in February is KS Extreme which is a fab new programme and I am still running all my KSFL Online Programmes if you want to Kick Start a healthy lifestyle 5, 7, 10, 14 and 21 days.
