Close the kitchen, no eating 3 hours before bed. Allow enough time for your body to digest your food slowly and minimise indigestion.
No caffeine or alcohol before bed.
Have you tried magnesium in your bath? It helps you relax.
Journal – Download your brain onto paper there is nothing worse than waking up in the night thinking of things you need to do the following day.
Think of 3 things you are grateful for.
Ensure your bedroom is cool.
Phone off. Don’t use it as an alarm.
Prepare what you are going to wear tomorrow to help you mentally shut down by making you feel more prepared.
Have a great night’s sleep.
