Total Body Workout – a workout targeting all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried and true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more.

Total Body Workout uses resistance equipment ie bands and hand weights.

This class will help improve the strength, health and fitness of your muscles and improve joint stability.

Both classes are low impact classes, with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all levels of fitness.

It is a light hearted class which will tone and shape the targeted areas, as well as increasing stamina and cardiovascular fitness over all.  Aerobic warm ups and stretch sessions at the end will also increase the flexibility of your body.

The exercises are designed to tone and build strength, so over time muscle definition will become more apparent. If you want to get a tighter tum, firm bum and great looking legs this is a great workout for you!

You’ll target all major muscle groups for a full-body toning session, finishing off with a stretch/relaxation at the end of the session.
