Aileen McDonnell is a busy working mum and nana and understands the stresses and strains of modern life. She has been practicing yoga for 30 years and loves it! The yoga she teaches is strong but safe and gentle, giving you a good workout for your whole body, including positive stretching and breathing. A yoga session also gives you tools for relaxation and managing everyday stress – it even helps you sleep better. She is trained in several different styles and most recently Forrest Yoga – which is based on the understanding that anyone can benefit from yoga and make positive improvements in their overall well-being.
